At BRICK, every product is carefully handcrafted and curated with attention to detail. Due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, finish, or design may occur and are considered part of the uniqueness of the craft
Returns :
We currently do not accept returns for:
1.Change of mind
2.Minor color or design variations
3. Incorrect expectations after purchase
Please review product descriptions, dimensions, and images carefully before placing an order.
Damaged Or Wrong Product :
If you receive a damaged product or a wrong item
please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with :Â Your order number &Â clear photos/videos of the product and packaging
After verification, we will provide : A replacement or store credit/refund (if replacement is unavailable)
Non-Eligible Cases :
We may not be able to process replacement/refund requests if:
- The request is made after 48 hours of delivery.
- The product has been used or damaged after delivery.Â
- Insufficient proof is provided
Refund Processing :
If a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cancellation Policy :
Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
